Sundays at Zilli Fish

From this month, we’re opening up my Soho restaurant Zilli Fish every Sunday to provide the ultimate in family Sunday dining. I’ve put together a lazy Sunday package that will run all day, offering guests 4 courses plus unlimited Bucks Fizz for just £35. The menu will include a traditional roast option, as well as a delicious Salmon Wellington with Champagne & Dill Sauce, which is a Zilli Fish twist on the usual British beef version.

Courgette Artichoke Frittata

Heritage Green Tomato Ice Cream

Heritage Green Tomato and Chilli Ice Cream Recipe (chilli is optional) Ingredients 2-3 Green Heritage Tomatoes 400ml cream 3 egg yolks 100g castor sugar 1 tsp sweet chilli paste Method Wash then peel the green tomatoes (drop in boiling water for a couple of minutes then plunge in ice water to peel skin easily).

Pappardelle with tiger prawns & vegetables

Serves 4. Preparation time: 20 minutes. Cooking time: 12–14 minutes. 30ml (2 tablespoons) vegetable oil. 2 garlic cloves, finely diced. 1 red pepper, halved lengthways, seeded and cut into long batons. 1 yellow pepper, halved lengthways, seeded and cut into long batons. 1 courgette, trimmed and cut into matchsticks.
